Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Support Engineer (L3) to provide end-to-end network support for multiple client environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in enterprise networking, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1, L2, and L3 network support for enterprise network environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents within agreed SLAs.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching.
Configure, maintain, and support Cisco routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
Perform network health checks, maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes.
Support firewall connectivity and basic network security troubleshooting.
Create and maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
Work directly with clients to resolve technical issues and provide timely status updates.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors during incident resolution and planned maintenance.
Participate in on-call support and scheduled maintenance activities as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
CCNA Certification (Mandatory)
CCNP Certification (Preferred)
3–7 years of experience in enterprise network support.
Strong knowledge of:
TCP/IP, Routing & Switching
VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
VPN technologies
DNS, DHCP, NAT
Cisco routers, switches, and wireless solutions
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Cisco ASA, Firepower, or other firewall technologies.
Knowledge of network security best practices.
Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
