- Deep hands-on and architectural expertise in Cisco enterprise networking , including:
- Cisco ACI (design, multi-pod / multi-site preferred)
- Core routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Cisco FTD / firewalls
- SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela / Meraki SD-WAN)
- Strong experience with multi-data-center environments .
- Solid understanding of network security, segmentation, and compliance.
- Aruba networking experience (campus / wireless) - preferred. Architecture & Assurance
- Proven experience delivering architecture assessments and readiness reviews.
- Ability to produce executive-ready documentation and presentations .
- Experience validating designs against performance-critical applications (Epic or similar healthcare systems strongly preferred). Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and governance mindset.
Preferred Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Administration
- ITIL based support team with 24x7 support operations
- Exp Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
- Experience in conducting datacentre network tests
- Prior experience leading or scaling offshore network teams
