Senior Network Engineer 2

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and support enterprise network and security infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and security incidents.
• Provide quick resolution during major outages and critical incidents.
• Design, evaluate, and recommend network and security solutions.
• Implement network security policies and procedures aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in network infrastructure initiatives, including firmware upgrades, hardware refreshes, security hardening, and monitoring improvements.
• Prepare project schedules and execute network-related activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, standards, and runbooks.
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.

Required Skills :

4+ years of experience in 24x7 production support for complex network infrastructures.

Hands-on experience with:

• Firewalls: Palo Alto, FortiGate, WAF
• Routing & Switching: Cisco, HPE
• Load Balancers: Radware, F5, WAF
• Wireless Networks: Aruba
• Fortinet Solutions: FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAuthenticator

Good to Have

• Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• SIEM Solutions
• Cisco ISE
• ITIL Framework knowledge

Educational Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA

Certifications

Mandatory:

• CCNA
• Fortinet NSE 4

Preferred:

• F5 Certification
• ITIL V4
• AWS Certifications
