Senior .NET Technical Lead

Job Title: Senior Technical Lead (.NET, React, Azure DevOps)

Experience Required: 12-14 Years

Location- Bangalore

Primary Skills & Responsibilities

1. Strong .NET Development Expertise
• Extensive hands-on experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
2. Frontend Development
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience in building responsive, high-performance web applications.
3. Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of build, release, and deployment processes.
4. Technical Leadership & Team Management
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Support team members in resolving complex technical challenges.
• Track project deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions when needed.
5. AI-Assisted Development
• Practical experience using GitHub Copilot/Microsoft Copilot for code development, review, and productivity improvement.

Good to Have

1. Experience working with Time Series Databases/Data Platforms.
2. Hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.
3. Experience with Jest and React Testing Library (RTL) for unit and component testing.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 12-14 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.
• Proven experience leading development teams and driving successful project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Domain Experience: Experience handling large-scale data platforms, particularly involving time-series data, will be considered a significant advantage
