Key Responsibilities

• Development Leadership: Lead development initiatives, ensuring best practices in software architecture and design. Mentor junior team members to foster their growth and enhance team performance.
• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
• Architecture Design: Apply deep understanding of software architecture principles to build robust backend systems, utilizing OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture methodologies.
• Database Management: Design and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring high performance and efficient data retrieval through ADO.NET and raw SQL integrations.
• API Development: Create and manage Web APIs using ASP.NET Core, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications and other services.
• Cloud Integration: Utilize cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) to deploy applications, implement CI/CD pipelines, and adopt DevOps practices for continuous delivery.
• Microservices and Distributed Systems: Develop and maintain microservices and distributed systems, implementing CQRS, messaging, and caching mechanisms where applicable.
• Frontend Collaboration: Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap.

Core Skills

• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core (MVC), Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and modern .NET ecosystem development.
• Hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance systems using OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Proficient in developing .NET Core Console Apps, Class Libraries, Windows Services, and supporting .NET Framework (Classic) applications.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, database design, performance tuning, and ADO.NET with raw SQL integrations.
• Expertise in LINQ, including advanced queries (joins, left joins, complex transformations).
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, CQRS, messaging, and caching mechanisms.
• Strong exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines / DevOps practices.
• Proficient in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap.
• Skilled in Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
