Inito is a venture-backed fertility technology company building the most advanced at-home hormone tracking platform in the world. We re scaling fast - targeting $50M revenue this year - and building a new creative function from scratch in Bangalore.
The role
You bring the work to life. Floating across creative pods, you re the motion specialist who turns static concepts into animated ads, social video, product demos, and eventually CTV-grade content. Embedded in the creative process, shaping how ideas move from the start. This is a role that balances volume with craft. You ll produce fast-turn social and ad animation alongside more considered brand and product motion work.
WHAT YOU LL DO
- Design and produce motion graphics for performance ads, social video, Instagram stories/reels, and carousel animations
- Develop and maintain motion templates and systems for scalable production across formats
- Collaborate with creative pods to bring static concepts to life, you re involved from concept stage, not just execution
- Produce video edits for social content, adapting long-form footage into platform-native short-form formats
- Contribute to the development of Inito s motion design language: transitions, kinetic typography, data animation, product motion
- Support CTV creative development as the programme scales; higher production values, longer formats
- Manage your own production pipeline within sprint timelines, delivering across multiple pods per cycle
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years in motion design, with strong experience in digital, social, and/or advertising contexts
- Expert-level After Effects skills
- Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video editing
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Calvelry or equivalent 3D tools for product visualisation and motion
- A showreel that demonstrates range: ad animation, kinetic typography, product motion, social video, and ideally some longer-form or brand film work
- The ability to work fast without defaulting to generic motion presets. Your work has a handprint
- Comfort with high-volume production; you can deliver multiple assets per sprint across different pods and formats
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling through motion
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Lottie animations for web and app integration
- Familiarity with Figma prototyping and UI animation
- Experience producing CTV or broadcast-quality motion work
- Skills in sound design or audio editing
- Experience in health, science, or data visualisation motion
