Senior Mobile Test Automation Engineer (Appium | iOS | Android)

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Appium, XCUITest, and Espresso.
• Automate UI, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios for iOS and Android applications.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and cloud device farms.
• Ensure application quality through stable, scalable, and reusable test automation solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve test coverage and release quality.
• Review automation code and drive QA best practices in Agile environments.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years of experience in QA Automation with at least 3+ years in Mobile Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Appium, XCUITest, and Espresso for iOS and Android automation.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable mobile automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, testing lifecycle, and debugging techniques.
• Hands-on experience with cloud device farms such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, AWS Device Farm, or Firebase Test Lab.
• Experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Good knowledge of Git, test environment management, and test data management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with strong collaboration skills.
• Exposure to Healthcare domain applications will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates with SDET, Mobile QA Automation Engineer, Mobile Test Architect, or Lead Mobile Automation Engineer backgrounds are highly preferred
