Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS & Flutter)

As a Senior Mobile Engineer on our international team, you will play a key role in creating fast, reliable mobile apps that connect with our smart IoT (Internet of Things) systems. We are looking for a flexible developer who is skilled in both native iOS and Flutter, and ready to switch between the two platforms as project needs evolve. You will write clean code, champion modern programming practices, and take ownership of our apps—whether you are building a brand new concept from scratch or improving and scaling applications that are already live in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy advanced, scalable applications for iOS and cross-platform environments.
• Architect maintainable codebases utilizing modern design patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Modularization.
• Bridge native iOS modules with Flutter applications seamlessly using Platform Channels.
• Lead technical execution and collaborate within an Agile ecosystem to define, design, and ship new features.
• Manage the complete mobile application lifecycle, including provisioning, CI/CD pipeline integration, and App Store Connect distribution.
• Refactor and integrate legacy Objective-C code with modern Swift and SwiftUI architectures.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize overall application performance and UI/UX fidelity.
• Document technical decisions and architecture clearly to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in mobile engineering.
• Native iOS: Mastery of Swift and SwiftUI; deep functional experience with UIKit, and a strong working knowledge of Objective-C for legacy integration.
• Hybrid Development: Highly proficient in Flutter and Dart, with proven experience bridging Flutter and Native modules.
• Architecture & Design: Demonstrated ability to implement and scale modern design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Tooling: Power user of Xcode (including Instruments and Debugging) alongside Android Studio or VS Code.
• Version Control: Advanced Git capabilities, including branching strategies, rebasing, and complex conflict resolution.
• Workflow: Strong familiarity with task management and technical documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Deployment: Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and App Store distribution.
• Communication: High-level English proficiency with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Product Mindset: A strong product-first approach with a critical eye for UI/UX detail, user-centric problem solving, and overall app performance.
