About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Developer with strong expertise in Flutter to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. This role requires a hands-on developer who can independently deliver high-quality solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, on-site coordinators, architects, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mobile application architecture, secure coding practices, performance optimization, and enterprise integration patterns, while adhering to ADP's development standards, governance processes, and delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable application components aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Adopt and work within ADP's internal mobile frameworks, design standards, and governance guidelines.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs, enterprise platforms, authentication services, databases, and third-party SDKs.
• Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and on-site coordinators to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, code review standards, and software development lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across mobile, backend integration, and deployment layers.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and mobile application release management.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and recommend best practices for mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• 6-7 years of software development experience with significant hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture and ecosystem, including:
• State Management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC)
• Widget lifecycle and custom widget development
• Responsive and adaptive UI design
• Navigation and routing (Navigator 2.0, GoRouter)
• Platform Channels and native integrations
• Local storage solutions (Hive, SQLite, Shared Preferences, Secure Storage)
• RESTful API integration and networking
• Firebase services, push notifications, and deep linking

Mobile Platform Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with:
• Android Studio
• Xcode
• Gradle builds and configurations
• CocoaPods
• App signing, certificates, provisioning profiles, and release management
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications on:
• Google Play Store
• Apple App Store

Database & Backend Integration

• Strong SQL knowledge, including:
• Joins
• Query optimization
• Database design fundamentals
• Experience working with relational databases, preferably Oracle.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with enterprise backend services.

Security & DevOps

• Strong understanding of mobile security best practices:
• Secure storage
• SSL pinning
• OAuth
• SSO authentication flows
• Token management
• Experience with:
• Git and collaborative development workflows
• CI/CD pipelines
• Automated testing and deployment processes
