Job Description

Role: Senior MLOps Technical Lead

Location: PAN India

Years of Experience: 7-10yrs

Skill Requirements

Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow Pipelines, TFX, and Metaflow
• Advanced expertise in DevOps tools: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
• Deep knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, and ML pipeline development
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Fluentd
• Strong command of version control systems: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment strategies, and best practices
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain ML environments

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated track record of leading ML Ops or DevOps initiatives in large-scale technology projects

Other Requirements (Optional)

• AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty and/or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification is highly desirable
• Prior experience working in multinational, client-facing environments is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a diverse, distributed team
