Job Description

HCLTech is looking for an experienced Gen AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, cloud platforms, and AI governance. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
• Design and deploy scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Develop AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Vertex AI.
• Translate business requirements into robust AI-driven architectures and roadmaps.
• Design cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure and modern microservices architectures.
• Build and integrate APIs and AI services across enterprise applications.
• Develop AI/ML solutions using Python and leading ML frameworks.
• Implement vector database solutions including Pinecone, FAISS, and Chroma.
• Establish AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI best practices.
• Provide architecture guidance, technical leadership, and mentorship to development teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, AI/ML, or Advanced Analytics.

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Vertex AI.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI applications and platforms.
• Expertise in Python and AI/ML development frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI security, governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
