Senior MIS Executive

• Collect, analyze, and manage data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. (Data over several departments like Sales, Collection, Construction and other verticals to be analyzed) 
• Budget, Planning & Analysis experience. Financial Modeling and knowledge of advanced excel tools
• Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to aid decision-making for projects, operations, and sales in real estate and engineering.
• Develop custom reports for specific departmental needs, including project timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Accounting Background (Accounting Degree)
• Real estate experience and MIS experience preferred.
• Identify areas of improvement in business processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MIS roles, preferably in real estate or engineering industries.
• Experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and real estate/engineering software.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems commonly used in real estate and engineering industries.
• Knowledge of MS excel  and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

 Advanced excel modelling techniques. SAP and Sales Force Knowledge.
