Senior MIS Executive

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Track primary, secondary and sell-out performance.
• Identify gaps and build corrective action plans.
• Manage day-to-day business with RRL category, buying and commercial teams.
• Drive assortment, listing, delisting and new product launches.
• Ensure timely closure of commercial and business discussions.
• Plan and execute promotions, visibility and activation plans.
• Ensure timely promo loading and communication across stores.
• Monitor SKU-wise availability, distribution and stock levels.
• Identify assortment gaps and drive expansion across stores/formats.
• Coordinate for new listings and store expansion.
• Prepare weekly/monthly business dashboards.
• Analyse sales, stocks, promotions, margins and productivity.
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Merchandising teams.
• Ensure seamless execution of agreed RRL plans.
• Track open points and drive closure within timelines.
• Build strong working relationships with RRL stakeholders.
• Proactively resolve operational/commercial issues.
• Escalate critical issues with clear recommendations.

Personal Profile

• Qualifications - Graduate
• Yrs of Experience 5-10 yr

Experience Background- Hands-on experience managing Reliance Retail / RCP or other large modern trade accounts preferred. Strong understanding of account management, sales planning, promotions, visibility and commercial negotiations. Experience in MIS, data analysis, forecasting and business reviews.
