Senior Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports related to examination operations.
• Coordinate examination scheduling activities by working closely with Operations, Technology, Business Development, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Validate and reconcile operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Support internal audit activities by maintaining documentation, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with defined processes and SOPs.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare dashboards for management review.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure timely dissemination of reports and operational updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of examination-related data.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Advanced functions & Pivot Tables
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge on AI

Below skills will be an added advantage and not a show stopper

• Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, SQL, or basic automation tools will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to internal audits, compliance monitoring, or operational process audits is desirable.
• Familiarity with large-scale operational scheduling and resource planning will be preferred.
