We're looking for a highly capable Senior Midweight Designer who can think strategically, execute beautifully, and take ownership of projects from concept to delivery.

What You'll Do

• Design complete brand identities, visual systems, and marketing assets.
• Create modern, intuitive UI/UX for websites and digital products.
• Build high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business objectives into compelling visual experiences.
• Present design concepts and rationale confidently to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain consistency across multiple brands and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, copywriters, and leadership.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 4-7 years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both branding and UI/UX work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong UX thinking with attention to usability and user journeys.
• Experience designing responsive websites and digital products.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Figma (Expert)
• Claude design (Intermediate)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong prototyping skills
• Experience creating design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of responsive web design principles
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Motion design experience is a bonus

Requirements

• Must be based in Delhi NCR.
• Available to work remotely during UK business hours overlap when required.
• Reliable internet connection and professional work setup.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
