About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design: Architect end-to-end solutions using Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
Complex Development: Design and develop complex components, custom connectors, plugins, and custom PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls using .NET C# and JavaScript.
Integration & Data Management: Architect data models within Microsoft Dataverse and configure integrations across disparate enterprise systems (SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure Services, and third-party APIs).
Governance & ALM: Formulate and manage Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkits. Establish robust Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps or GitHub for environmental promotions (Dev to Prod).
AI & Automation: Design advanced automation workflows and integrate intelligent features using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews for a team of junior and mid-level developers, ensuring delivery timelines and code quality metrics are strictly met.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate directly with product owners, enterprise architects, and business partners to translate complex requirements into technical designs.
Required Technical Skills:
Power Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in Power Apps (Advanced formulas/Expressions, Canvas & Model-Driven forms) and Power Automate (Complex cloud flows, desktop flows/RPA).
Data Layer: Mastery over Dataverse (Common Data Service), environment variables, security roles, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and advanced SQL querying.
Pro-Dev Extensibility: Proven proficiency in .NET, C#, Web APIs, and JavaScript to write plugins, custom workflow activities, and client-side scripts.
Azure Capabilities: Hands-on exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management to extend low-code platform boundaries.
Reporting: Advanced knowledge of Power BI for dashboard configurations, DAX queries, and embedding reports within Power Apps
