Senior Microsoft Intune Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Intune Consultant to lead an end-to-end, greenfield MDM implementation. The existing Microsoft Intune environment is currently used for Mobile Application Management (MAM), and the consultant will be responsible for assessing the current environment and implementing a corporate MDM solution within a three-month engagement. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in managing corporate iOS/iPadOS and Android devices, device enrollment, security policies, compliance, and application deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery workshops to understand corporate device requirements, device volumes, platforms, locations, and ownership models.
• Assess the existing Intune, MAM, Microsoft Entra ID, and Conditional Access configurations.
• Design the MDM solution architecture and prepare the implementation plan.
• Configure enrollment for corporate iOS/iPadOS and Android devices.
• Implement device compliance, configuration, security, and application deployment policies.
• Integrate device compliance with Conditional Access in collaboration with identity and security teams.
• Configure Wi-Fi, VPN, and certificate profiles wherever the required infrastructure is available.
• Coordinate with privacy, legal, security, and compliance stakeholders to implement approved requirements.
• Conduct pilot testing, resolve issues, and obtain approval for production deployment.
• Execute the rollout, monitor enrollment and policy deployment, and provide stabilisation support.
• Prepare configuration documentation, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and complete the final support handover within the three-month engagement.

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on Microsoft Intune MDM implementation experience.
• Experience managing corporate iOS/iPadOS and Android devices.
• Expertise in Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), Apple Push Certificates, and Apps & Books integration.
• Experience with Android Enterprise, including fully managed, corporate-owned work profile, and dedicated device scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, device compliance, and MAM policies.
• Experience configuring device restrictions, configuration profiles, security policies, and application deployment.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi, VPN, certificate profiles, and certificate-based authentication.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for device enrollment, policy deployment, application installation, and access issues.
• Ability to independently manage implementation activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver technical documentation.

Nice To Have:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering MDM implementations for European organisations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and PowerShell for reporting and administrative automation.
