Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and Marketing), Power Platform, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, integrating, and deploying scalable enterprise CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Develop plugins, custom APIs, workflows, and PCF controls using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Configure Dataverse tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
• Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications using REST APIs and Azure services.
• Manage data migration, solution deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in solution design, technical estimations, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure development best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall software development experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE, particularly Sales and Marketing modules.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, plugins, custom workflow activities, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, FetchXML, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, solution management, and ALM.
• Strong understanding of CRM security models, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Good to Have

• PCF Controls, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and XRM Toolbox.
• SSIS, data migration, and Power BI integration.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, or relevant Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience delivering and supporting global enterprise CRM implementations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on technical professional who can independently own CRM development activities, contribute to solution architecture, manage complex integrations, and mentor development teams.

Important: This is a hybrid position based in Bangalore or Pune. Candidates must be willing to work from the client or company office whenever required.
