• Administer mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes.
• Automated routine tasks using PowerShell scripts, reducing manual effort.
• Troubleshot issues related to Outlook, mailbox access, and email delivery.
• Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure including Servers, Storage, Networks, Security Systems, and User Support for 300+ users (onsite and remote).
• Lead day-to-day helpdesk operations, systems administration.
• Manage Sophos Firewall, Sophos Endpoint, Sophos Mail Security.
• Maintained servers, storage, and enterprise network systems, ensuring high availability.
• Managed Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, and group policies.
