Position: Senior Metallurgy Engineer

Experience: 5 to 10 Years.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct metallurgical analysis, testing, and process evaluation of raw materials and finished products.
• Develop and optimize metallurgical processes to achieve required quality and purity standards.
• Analyze chemical and physical properties of minerals, quartz, silica, and other materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, R&D, and Process teams for process improvement.
• Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare technical reports, test reports, and process documentation.
• Monitor laboratory testing, sampling, and quality control activities.
• Support trials, pilot studies, and new product/process development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualification

• B.Tech./M.Tech. in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgical testing, material characterization, and process optimization.
• Experience in mineral processing, quartz/silica, ceramics, metals, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
