JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently handle new customer inquiry and responsible to co-ordinate thorough factory evaluation, initial costing, sampling
• Conceptualize business strategy and maintain flow of business
• Factory capacity management with orders that are profitable
• Negotiate timeline and cost with supplier to achieve competitive pricing
• Meet with internal departments to review risk analysis factor during sample development stage
• Full responsibility of product development and work closely with product development team to execute samples and to meet customer requirements
• Develop new collections according to customers seasonal calendar
• T&A preparation and follow-up with the factory on a regular basis to ensure milestone operations are met
• Closely work with logistic department and monitor shipment.
• Day to day communication with customer and update on order progress
• Material follow-up from order booking to material in-house.
• Monitor logistics and shipments on committed delivery date.
• Knowledge of cost of road/sea/air freight with forwarders
