Senior Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchant Production with 810 years of apparel merchandising experience. Responsible for managing end-to-end production merchandising for UK & European buyers ensure timely production, quality, cost adherence, and on-time shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production merchandising for UK & European buyers.
• Review POs, tech packs, BOMs, specifications and buyer requirements.
• Develop and monitor T&A calendars to ensure timely order execution.
• Coordinate with sampling, sourcing, production, quality, planning and commercial teams.
• Ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, accessories and raw materials.
• Monitor production progress, identify risks and resolve execution delays.
• Ensure adherence to approved samples, quality standards and buyer specifications.
• Coordinate buyer communication, approvals, PP meetings, inspections and corrective actions.
• Track shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery with logistics/commercial teams.
• Maintain order trackers and reports while managing multiple styles/orders and building strong buyer relationships.
