Senior Executive Merchandising

Location: Bengaluru (Corporate Office)

Experience: 3 - 8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to shipment for international buyer accounts.
• Independently handle buyer accounts, including costing, order execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, planning, and logistics teams for timely execution.
• Monitor T&A calendars and ensure on-time shipment while meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and support business growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of Merchandisers/Assistant Merchandisers.
• Drive process improvements to achieve delivery, quality, and commercial objectives.

Preferred Profile:

• Prior experience in an apparel export house with exposure to managing international buyer accounts.
• Sportswear merchandising experience is preferred.
• Experience in handling both Knit & Woven product categories is preferred.
