Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Merchandiser (Jewelry Purchase) role based in Jaipur. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing jewelry buying strategies, including vendor selection, negotiation, and order placement to ensure the right product mix across categories. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and customer insights, tracking market trends, and aligning assortments with brand positioning and pricing guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with design, marketing, retail operations, and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, product launches, and merchandising calendars. The Senior Merchandiser will also monitor product performance, recommend reorders or markdowns, and support store teams with merchandising guidance to optimize sales and customer experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and retail partners.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to interpret store performance, manage assortments, and support revenue growth across channels.
• Candidates should possess Marketing awareness to align product selections with brand campaigns, customer segments, and market trends.
• Experience in merchandising, buying, or category management, preferably in fashion or jewelry, is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with spreadsheets or merchandising tools, and ability to work with data-driven decisions are desired.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
