Hiring: Senior MEP Engineer Planning & Execution

Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant engineering discipline

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate MEP drawings, layouts, and service clashes.
• Plan and supervise site execution of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire-Fighting, and ELV systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and civil/architectural teams.
• Ensure quality, safety, code compliance, and timely project completion.
• Manage testing, commissioning, snag closure, and handover.
• Track site progress, materials, manpower, and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in MEP execution for residential, commercial, or high-rise projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP drawing interpretation.
• Knowledge of NBC, relevant IS codes, and quality standards.
• Strong coordination, planning, and site management skills.
• BIM/Revit knowledge is an added advantage.
