Role & responsibilities

The Sr. Engineer MEP will oversee planning, execution, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, firefighting and plumbing works for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP execution at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for MEP services.
• Review MEP shop drawings, layouts, and technical submissions.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of MEP works.
• Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems.
• Prepare progress and compliance reports
