Senior MEP Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design and installation for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, budget variances, and quality control metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in corporate interiors or turnkey project management.
• Strong understanding of commercial projects including fitness-out works.
• Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders such as architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
