Senior MEP BIM Modeler

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP BIM Modeler with 6+ years of experience in developing and managing high-quality MEP BIM models for building and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM coordination, clash detection, and LOD 400/500 modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Model HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, and other MEP systems as per project requirements.
• Prepare models and deliverables to LOD 400/500 standards.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
• Create and modify Revit families and ensure proper parameters and model standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and design information for accurate BIM development.
• Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
• Prepare BIM-related drawings, schedules, quantities, and documentation.
• Support BIM Coordinators and Project Managers in project execution and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, project protocols, and quality requirements.
• Mentor junior BIM Modelers and conduct model quality checks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Good knowledge of Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
• Experience in Revit Family Creation.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Experience working with LOD 400/500 deliverables.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination, documentation, and model QA/QC.
• Experience with International projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM 360/ACC, COBie, and BIM standards will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
