Senior Member Technical professional

• 2-4 years of experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.

• Willing to work with Night Shift

• Hands-on operational experience with:

  • IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG)

  • Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi)

  • IBM Connect:Direct

  • Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP)

  • Sterling External Authentication Server (SEAS)

  • Sterling Control Center

  • AXWAY MFT

• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze B2Bi business processes and transmission workflows.

• Experience supporting 24x7 mission-critical applications.

• Strong working knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Understanding of file transfer security concepts such as certificates, encryption, authentication, and ciphers.

• Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement temporary fixes or workarounds.

• Experience collaborating with L3 teams for root cause analysis and permanent resolution.

• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with AWS-hosted MFT environments.

• Exposure to ITSM tools such as ITSM or Remedy.

• Experience building or maintaining operational dashboards (Control Center, Datadog, Splunk, etc. ).
