ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a clinical evaluation framework to assess how well AI systems handle real-world medical practice in India. We are looking for an experienced internist to lead the clinical side of this work - someone who can translate everyday clinical reasoning into rigorous, reproducible evaluation.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Shape the design and scope of the clinical evaluation framework
- Develop and tailor clinical vignettes grounded in Indian practice
- Build scoring rubrics and contribute to evaluation methodology
- Review and evaluate outputs from large language models (LLMs)
- Curate and quality-check clinical datasets
- Bring your clinical judgement to every stage of the work
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
- MBBS + MD (Internal Medicine)
- 3-5 years of clinical experience after MD
- Strong working knowledge of Indian clinical guidelines and practice
- Clear, precise medical writing
- Comfortable with structured, detail-oriented work
Good to have
- Exposure to AI/ML or health tech
- Research or evidence-synthesis experience
- Fluency in an Indian language besides English
ENGAGEMENT
Type: Full-time, 5-month contract, 6 working days (5 days in-office - Saturday WFH)
Clinical practice: Flexibility to continue clinical practice, scheduled around core on-site hours
