Role Description

The Senior Medical Device Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving sales of dental aligner solutions and related medical devices. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with orthodontists and dental clinics, managing existing accounts, and building long-term customer relationships. Daily activities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, providing clinical and technical information, negotiating contracts and pricing within company guidelines, and ensuring smooth sales operations and after-sales support. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, reporting, and market feedback, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Medical Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of Medical Devices and familiarity with clinical workflows in dental or related healthcare settings.
• 3-7 yrs Experience in Orthopedics or similar medical domains that involve device-based treatments is advantageous.
• Skills in Sales , including account management, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, manage a field-based schedule, and travel within the territory as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in dental, orthodontic, or medical device sales is a plus.

Compensation

• Salary - 6-8 LPA + Allowance +Incentives
