Senior Mechanical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

We build high-performance medical hardware systems including ultra-fast digital pathology scanners, automated microscopy platforms, and precision sample-handling robotics.

Our machines combine precision mechanics, high-speed motion control, optics, sensors, and embedded systems. Performance depends on excellent engineering.

We are looking for a Senior Mechatronics Engineer who can design and build complex electro-mechanical systems and push them to extremely high performance.

This is a hands-on role you will design, prototype, debug, and improve real machines

What You Will Work On

• Precision motion systems and high-speed positioning
• Motors, encoders, sensors, and feedback control
• Integration of mechanics, electronics, and embedded systems
• Diagnosing system-level issues: vibration, resonance, positioning error, thermal drift, electrical noise
• Building and testing prototypes and improving machine performance

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years building real electro-mechanical systems
• Strong understanding of motion control, sensors, and feedback systems
• Experience integrating motors, drives, encoders, controllers, and mechanical systems
• Ability to debug complex hardware problems across mechanical, electrical, and control domains
• Comfortable working hands-on with hardware, instruments, and prototypes

• High-speed or high-accuracy motion systems
