Responsibilities - Job Description Core Consulting Experience
- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or energy-focused advisory roles.
- Proven experience delivering engagements across Business planning, Business transformation, Go to market strategy, Operating model, Market Research, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), and Growth Strategy.
- Strong problem-solving, business modelling, and client management capabilities, with experience working on multi-stakeholder, high-impact strategic projects.
- Sector Expertise
- Demonstrated exposure to the Energy sector, including: Oil & Gas (upstream, midstream, downstream) Energy & Infrastructure (utilities, power, large-scale infrastructure)
- Engagement Exposure
- Conducted strategic assessments and market analyses for energy majors across conventional Oil & Gas.
- Expertise in industry scans, competitive benchmarking, and business plan creation & validation.
- Design and implement: GTM strategies for new products, services, or market entry Operating models, organizational structures, and governance frameworks
- Designed growth strategies, portfolio diversification plans, and entry strategies for new markets or emerging energy technologies.
- Experience working with global or Indian energy clients, investment funds, or large infrastructure players are preferred.
- Master of Business Administration
