Senior Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the annual brand marketing strategy aligned with business and project objectives.

2. Manage brand positioning, communication, messaging and brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

3. Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, social media and other media channels.

4. Lead creative development for campaigns, brochures, websites, digital assets and project branding.

5. Manage external agencies, media partners and creative vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

6. Drive brand awareness, customer engagement and market visibility across key target segments.

7. Support new project launches with go-to-market strategy, campaign planning and marketing collateral.

8. Track campaign performance, brand metrics, market trends and competitor activities.

9. Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimum ROI across brand initiatives.

10. Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Digital and Project teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

11. Drive PR, events, activations and strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand equity.

12. Ensure all communication is aligned with TVS Emeralds brand identity, values and positioning.

Preferred candidate profile

10 to 15 years in Brand Marketing, preferably within Real Estate
