Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, rankings, and website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
• Track and analyze website analytics and SEO performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Social Media Marketing (SMM):

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Manage daily posting schedules, maintain a consistent brand voice, and actively engage with the online community.
• Monitor social media performance and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and overall brand visibility.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to develop impactful campaign concepts and execute them effectively.
• Monitor campaign ROI, KPIs, and overall performance to ensure efficient budget utilization and maximum returns.

Content & Branding:

• Coordinate with the content team to develop blogs, creatives, product highlights, emailers, promotional campaigns, and other marketing communications.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
• Support product launches, promotional initiatives, and brand campaigns with relevant digital content and communication strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other relevant SEO and marketing platforms to monitor performance.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for leadership review.
• Continuously evaluate campaign and channel performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Campaign Management.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media marketing, paid advertising, analytics, and digital campaign optimization.
• Creative thinker with strong communication, storytelling, and content marketing skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
• Experience in the Retail, Luxury, or Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
