Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive with strong experience in the plastic industry to manage B2B customer relationships and expand business across Maharashtra and other parts of India.The candidate should have excellent business development, negotiation, and customer-handling skills, with the ability to independently manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B customers in the plastic and packaging industry.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Manage existing accounts and expand the customer base.
• Travel across Maharashtra and other parts of India for client meetings and business development.
• Negotiate pricing, quotations, contracts, and business terms.
• Coordinate with production and management teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and submit regular sales and marketing reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of marketing or sales experience.
• Industry Requirement: Mandatory experience in the plastic industry.
• B2B Sales: Strong experience in B2B sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
• Business Development: Proven ability to generate new business and manage key accounts.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively across Maharashtra and other parts of India.
• Vehicle: Must have own vehicle.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Personal Traits: Responsible, professional, self-driven, and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual CTC: 5,00,000 8,00,000 per annum.
• Performance-based incentives.
• Salary and benefits will be decided based on experience, skills, and performance.
