Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

Role & responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and web push notifications.

• Support bulk campaigns, ad-hoc communications, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Implement basic drip campaigns and automated workflows.
• Manage and maintain marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Upload, segment, and manage contact databases.
• Create and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.
• Track and analyze key campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with content and design teams to create effective email and message creatives.
