Senior Marketing Analyst

Purpose:

Drive data-driven decision-making through campaign analysis, Salesforce reporting, Power BI dashboards, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign performance, trends, KPIs, and business data to identify insights and opportunities.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Perform advanced Excel-based data analysis and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Improve reporting accuracy, scalability, and automation.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Must-Have:

• 5–7 years in Strategic Operations, Business Analysis, BI, Sales/Marketing Operations, or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience in campaign analysis/performance reporting.
• Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience.
• Hands-on Power BI experience, including DAX, data modelling, and report building.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
