Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, End-to-End, System, and User Acceptance Testing. Validate business workflows across enterprise applications. Test React-based web applications for functionality, usability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Validate Java-based backend applications, APIs, and system integrations. Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. Execute database validation using SQL. Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release validation. Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and improve overall product quality. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills: 4–8 years of experience in Manual Software Testing. Strong experience testing

enterprise web applications . Experience testing React-based user interfaces. Experience validating

Java -based applications and backend services. Strong understanding of Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing. Hands-on experience with

REST API testing using Postman or similar tools. Good SQL knowledge for backend data validation. Experience with

Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as

JIRA . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to quickly understand new business domains and independently own end-to-end testing activities.

Preferred Skills: Experience testing Salesforce CRM applications. Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. Exposure to automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools. Experience creating or maintaining automated test scripts is an added advantage. Experience working with microservices-based architectures. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Experience with enterprise SaaS applications.

Desired Candidate Profile Strong analytical and debugging skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality software. Able to think outside the box and perform exploratory testing beyond documented requirements. Comfortable testing applications across multiple business domains without requiring deep domain expertise.
