Role Description The Senior Manager role at Internzvalley is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Senior Manager will oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the effective delivery of upskilling programs and hands-on learning experiences. Responsibilities include planning and executing strategic initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, monitoring program performance, and driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes. The role involves mentoring team members, coordinating with partners and clients, and maintaining high standards of service quality and learner satisfaction. The Senior Manager will also support budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting to leadership.
