Location: Noida (Open to PAN India candidates willing to relocate)

Compensation: 80,000 – 1,00,000/month [Fixed & MAX] + Standard benefits

Industry: Combustion Systems | Process Equipment | Heavy Engineering

Why This Role Stands Out: This is not a routine engineering role. You will

own and build the entire engineering function at a fast-growing company in the

combustion & emission control space —working on high-impact systems like thermal oxidizers, flare systems, and process equipment used across critical industries.

What You’ll Be Driving:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across

Mechanical, Process & Electrical Engineering

• Build

engineering systems, standards, and scalable workflows

• Deliver

production-ready designs aligned with cost, quality, and timelines

• Own

mechanical design excellence for complex process equipment

• Drive

DFMA, design reviews, and engineering standardization

• Collaborate with

projects, production, procurement & clients

• Lead

R&D and new product development initiatives We’re Looking For:

• 12–18 years of experience in

mechanical/process engineering Strong exposure to combustion/process equipment :

• Thermal Oxidizers / Flare Systems / Fired Heaters / Pressure Vessels / Boilers
• Hands-on with

engineering codes : ASME, API, TEMA, NFPA

• Experience with

engineering tools : PV Elite, HTRI, Aspen, FEA + CAD tools

• Proven

team leadership (3–10+ engineers directly managed)

• Ability to work across

design, manufacturing & client interfaces This Role is NOT for You If:

• You’ve only worked in

automotive / HVAC / IT / consumer products

• Your experience is limited to

drafting (AutoCAD/SolidWorks only)

• You have

no team leadership experience Ideal Background: Candidates from

combustion systems, oil & gas equipment, heavy engineering, boilers, EPC, or process equipment companies will thrive here.

What Makes You a Strong Fit: You’ve built or led engineering teams, worked on

real industrial equipment (not just drawings) , understand

codes + calculations , and can

bridge design with manufacturing reality .
