Job Description - Finance FP&A - Manager/ Sr Manager

Reporting To: Accounting Function Head

Position Purpose: To lead FP&A function for manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate Financial Reporting and Audit Support (Statutory and Internal).

Profile:

• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, FP&A, IND-AS and accounting along with Audit management experience
• Hands-on experience in SAP-enabled manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and plant management teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commercial and business-oriented mindset

1. Financial Reporting & Controls:

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

Prepare management reports, dashboards and analysis on revenue, costs, margins and profitability, ROCE

Monitor inventory, working capital, and cash flow performance.
