About this role
We are looking for a highly experienced and PMP certified Senior Manager with direct experience in managing clinical trial data management and clinical trial tech tools. The ideal candidate should have clinical research experience and knowledge of ICH-GCP and GxP and Part compliance requirements. This position is based in Axtria India Private Limited.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage projects involving clinical trial data management and clinical trial tech tools like CTMS, EDC, ePRO.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and GxP and Part requirements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical trial management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials.
Job Requirements
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Direct experience in managing clinical trial data management and clinical trial tech tools.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research principles and practices.
- Experience with clinical trial management systems such as CTMS, EDC, and ePRO.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
