Responsibilities

• We are looking for someone who has a keen inclination to analyze, evaluate, assess and provide market and competitive intelligence to Revenue teams and the Leadership at Ninjacart. You will maintain and manage contact with internal and external intelligence providers, hence developing a central view and knowledge-sharing process for insights into the identified market and the competitors.
• Partner with the senior leadership to drive top-down strategic initiatives across growth, expansion, and new opportunities
• Lead market intelligence and competitive intelligence efforts across agritech and adjacent ecosystems
• Develop a deep understanding of market structure, customer segments, competition, and emerging trends; apply thinking first principles to identify root causes of business problems and growth constraints
• Support growth strategy formulation including market entry, category expansion, pricing, and business model evaluation
• Build structured frameworks, dashboards, and narratives to enable leadership decision-making
• Work cross-functionally with Revenue, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to drive execution
• Prepare high-quality presentations, insights, and recommendations for leadership forums
• Travel on-ground to gain first-hand market and operational insights
• Take end-to-end ownership of strategic projects from problem definition to execution tracking
• Take up additional projects based on capability

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
• 3-5 years of similar experience
• Innovative thinker with analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
• Strong experience in identifying, understanding, and leveraging 3rd party data to drive business insights
• Ability to understand and analyze competitive and customer intelligence and insights in the Agritech space
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to influence and enable the organization and cross-functional teams
• Self-starter that is action and results-oriented. Able to prioritize, focus, and execute through obstacles
• The ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners to gather information and build consensus on strategic competitive positioning to drive results
