Senior Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement process excellence initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using automation tools.
• Analyze data to measure performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Manage stakeholders across various departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a senior manager or team lead.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
• Proven track record of implementing process excellence initiatives that drive business results.
• Experience with governance frameworks, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
