Job Summary

The Sr. Manager Body Shop will be responsible for leading endtoend body shop operations to achieve production, quality, productivity, and sustainability KPIs. The role involves managing large teams, improving manufacturing efficiency, reducing defects, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibility

• Lead and manage daytoday Body Shop operations to achieve daily production targets
• Drive DPV reduction and continuous quality improvement
• Implement productivity improvement initiatives and optimize manpower utilization
• Reduce hammering points through process improvements and defect elimination
• Monitor and execute sustainability
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, EOHS / EHS, and safety standards
• Introduce and support new manufacturing techniques and automation initiatives
• Track KPIs, analyse gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Lead, mentor, and develop a large workforce (200250 employees)
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to improve overall plant performance
