Senior Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of application security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify areas for improvement in product security posture.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leadership, developers, and business leaders.

Job Requirements :

• 14-20 years of experience in application security or a related field (e.g., cybersecurity).
• Strong understanding of SAST tools and methodologies for identifying vulnerabilities in code.
• Experience working in an insurance industry setting or similar regulated environment.
