About the Team:
The Legal team is a strategic and business-enabling function that supports the organization in managing legal risks, ensuring compliance, and enabling business growth. The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide contract governance, legal advisory support, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Key Purpose of the Job:
The Legal Resource will be responsible for end-to-end contract management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and risk assessment of agreements. The role ensures legal compliance, supports business transactions, and helps mitigate contractual risks while aligning legal frameworks with organizational and commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of contract law, techno-legal aspects, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic business environment. Prior exposure to IT, IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, or technology-driven organizations will be an added advantage.

Your Role:
Contracts Management:
Handle end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and risk profiling
Independently manage techno-legal aspects of contracts
Identify, assess, and communicate contractual risks including indemnities, warranties, damages, tort liabilities, and limitation clauses
Work on contract abstraction, repository management, and archival processes using contract management tools
Support use of AI-enabled contracting platforms (preferred)

Bachelors degree in Law from a reputed university with strong academic record
Masters degree in Law is an added advantage

Skills Experience:
- 6 + Years of experience in contract management from IT, IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, or technology companies.
- Guide business, finance and related teams on this new line of business and be a good support and assurance for the Business Leader to enable proper decision making and performance improvement
- Develop global guidelines/ playbook for this new line of business from the Legal perspective
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Quick learner with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong command over English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
