Senior Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bid management process from proposal submission to contract award, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality bids.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive responses to RFI/RFPs, including finance and accounting experts.
• Oversee the preparation of financial models, cost estimates, and budgeting for projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the bidding process.

Job Requirements :

• 9-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong expertise in bid management (RFI/RFP) with a focus on finance and accounts.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
