Senior Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the Record to Report team in India, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple entities across various industries.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality of financial records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business value.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 15-22 years of experience in accounting or finance role with expertise in controllership, record to report, or process transformation.
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve high levels of accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
